Meet Melanie

With a background in Neuroscience and Psychology, Melanie brings a science-based approach to breathwork that is both safe and deeply transformative. She is a certified trauma-informed, nervous-system-led breathwork facilitator, as well as a trained ice bath and authentic relating facilitator. Over the past 4 years, she has guided hundreds of people — from athletes to corporate groups to high performers — through both individual and group breathwork journeys.

As a former competitive athlete, Melanie experienced firsthand how breathwork can be a key pillar for performance, regulation, and recovery. Today, she teaches it as an essential tool for personal exploration and nervous-system regulation — one that empowers people to connect their mind and body, release stress, and build lasting resilience.

Every session she leads is grounded in safety, compassion, and science-backed wellness, creating the space for you to explore your inner world with confidence and support.
