Overview:

A structured 8 week program designed to help you regulate your nervous system, build internal safety and feel grounded and capable in demanding or unfamiliar situations. The focus is on reducing overwhelm, strengthening emotional regulation, supporting identity expansion and developing the capacity to remain steady, clear and confident under stress.


Burnout doesn’t just vanish with rest. You’ve probably already tried slowing down, taking time off, or stacking up self-care routines - yet here you are, still exhausted, unfocused, and wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

Recovery feels slow. Frustrating. Endless. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

  • Build internal safety to build a deeper sense of self trust and stay grounded even in high-pressure roles and environments

  • Break free from the burnout cycle using science-backed methods that actually stick. You will walk away with the tools that you can independently use to thrive long-term.

  • Reclaim your baseline so you can think clearly and make decisions easily. Clarity, calm, and energy become your new normal.

  • Build resilience for the future - so burnout doesn’t keep repeating.

This isn’t another “self-care checklist.” It’s a structured, neuroscience-backed system with built-in accountability, so you finally have the guidance and support you need to recover- and stay recovered.

5. What’s Included

Over 8 weeks, you’ll get a complete support system:

  • Intake session (30 minutes) to clarify your stress patterns, goals and current challenges 

  • 8x weekly coaching sessions (60 minutes each) combining nervous system education, somatic tools, mindset work and practical strategies

  • 1 dedicated somatic session (90 minutes) - release stress and reset your nervous system. Somatic sessions such as breathwork or a tailored somatic practice chosen based on your needs 

  • Weekly practices to support stress regulation, grounding, clarity and embodied confidence

  • Pre-recorded exercises such as breathwork, mindfulness or nervous system resets 

  • Access to me through WhatsApp support between sessions for questions, guidance and regulation tools 

  • 1 integration call (30 minutes) to review progress, answer questions and create your personalised after-program toolkit

  • A before-and-after questionnaire to help you see progress clearly

Meet Melanie

I know burnout not just through research, but through lived experience. As a high-achieving athlete and student who juggled 14 roles during university, worked the most random jobs in a plethora of different industries, I pushed myself until my body shut down. By 21, I had checked into a burnout clinic twice.

That moment changed everything.

Since then, I’ve earned degrees in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Philosophy, alongside certifications in 12+ modalities including trauma-informed breathwork, yoga, ski instructing, authentic relating, and mental performance coaching. I’ve coached athletes, facilitated retreats, led corporate workshops, and guided individuals worldwide through stress mastery and nervous-system regulation.

But beyond the credentials - I’ve walked the path of burnout and recovery myself. That’s why I’m committed to helping others break the cycle and find a way to thrive without sacrificing their health.
