Meet Melanie

I know burnout not just through research, but through lived experience. As a high-achieving athlete and student who juggled 14 roles during university, worked the most random jobs in a plethora of different industries, I pushed myself until my body shut down. By 21, I had checked into a burnout clinic twice.

That moment changed everything.

Since then, I’ve earned degrees in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Philosophy, alongside certifications in 12+ modalities including trauma-informed breathwork, yoga, authentic relating, and mental performance coaching. I’ve coached athletes, facilitated retreats, led corporate workshops, and guided individuals worldwide through stress mastery and nervous-system regulation.

But beyond the credentials — I’ve walked the path of burnout and recovery myself. That’s why I’m committed to helping others break the cycle and find a way to thrive without sacrificing their health.
